Costs & Funding

You can start by contacting My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visiting
myagedcare.gov.au. If you need help, our team at Azure can assist you through
every step of the process—from registration to assessment.

No. At Azure, we don’t charge any exit fees or hidden charges. You have complete
flexibility and transparency.

  • Azure does not charge a basic daily fee.
  • The income-tested care fee is determined by Services Australia and depends
    on your income. We can help you check whether this applies to you.

Absolutely. Our Care Partners work with you to build a personalised budget, ensuring
your funding goes where it matters most to you.

Care Staff & Support

Our team includes experienced support workers, nurses, and allied health
professionals. All staff are qualified, background-checked, and trained—many by
geriatricians.

concerns and quickly arrange a suitable alternative.
